Blogger Android App finally emerges, lets you publish on the move

Android, at long last, has an official Blogger app that lets you publish posts and photos from your smartphone. You can grab the app from the Web-based Android Market.

The app is fairly rudimentary, letting you compose new blog posts, and attach photos; but that's about it. With the app installed Blogger joins the 'share' menu, meaning you can quickly post photos to your blog. You can also see all of your previously-published posts and drafts -- and you can link it to multiple Blogger blogs, which is fairly cool.

There's no comment moderation, nor anything else particularly exciting. Google says it would like to bring Blogger apps out on other platforms, too, but for now it's Android-only.
